Anger is a losing game

Anger is not good for health. The more angry you are, the more unfocused you will be. Of course, it is an unavoidable emotion. But still you should not encourage it for more than 5 to 10 minutes. It is okay to have some bad and worst moments in life. But it’s not okay to destroy yourself and hurt others for that few minutes of anger and pressure.

When you get angry, first of all walk out of the place and enter completely different or new place. Try to distract yourself from your problems. Don’t give a chance to think it again. Listen to music or play sports. Spend time with nature or you can even try to eat, travel and divert yourself. Remember that it’s just the matter of time and focus.

Give some time and shift your focus; you’ll be able to get over the negative emotions.

Anger is often projected as a negative emotion as it sometimes hurt yourself and your surroundings. But it is only when it is taken in a negative way. There is another way in which anger can be played.

Sometimes you’d have heard about this logic: think about your enemy, grab all the anger and kick the ball with all your energy; you’ll hit the goal (with focus). It may not be successful all the time. But there are higher possibilities in this approach too. So, if you feel like using your anger as a motivator, you can do it.

Either destroy the anger or use it for your good. But never let the anger to destroy or finish you.
